E-SEC: 8.60 Error "Page Data is Inconsistent With Database. (18,1)" When Saving Permission List, Roles or User Profile on MSSQL Server (Doc ID 2952323.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to PeopleTools 8.60, with database on Microsoft SQL Server, when attempting to make multiple changes on Permission lists, Roles, or User profiles; when saving, it throws the below error:

Page data is inconsistent with database. (18,1)

The issue can be replicated in a number of ways:

Case 1: Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > User Profile

Open an existing OPRID.

On the Roles tab add a new role, save the page, then add another new role and save and you will get the error.

 

Case 2: Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > Roles

Open an existing role.

On the Permission List tab add a new permission list and save, then add another permission list and save and you get the error.

 

Case 3: Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > Permission Lists

Open an existing permission list.

On the Pages tab add menu, edit, select all and save, then add another menu, edit, select all and save and you get the error.
