ETL9.2: Reported Time with TRC Type Other Than Hours Is Not Reflected in Weekly Total Field from Fluid Timesheet Page

Symptoms
When the Time Reporting code (TRC) has Unit of Measure set as U - Units foe example, Reported hours is not getting calculated in Fluid Timesheet header.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Login as employee 2. Navigate to ESS > Time > Enter time 3. Timesheet has been entered with a TRC's unit of measure of U(Units) and Quantity as 6 Result: The Weekly Total does not reflect the Reported time entered for the day
