E-CM: Restore of an Environment from Backup Fails in CM14 at Terraform Infrastructure Step (Doc ID 2952484.1)

Symptoms

When restoring an environment from backup using "backup and restore" feature in CM, terraform infrastructure step fails with the below error in tf.err file:

 

Replication Step :

  1. Take a backup of existing environment.
  2. In Cloud Manager environments page, select the environment tile and select action backup & restore
  3. On backup environment page, select the backup name and click on restore button
