ECM 9.2: Financial Gateway Security Options Page has Incorrect Radio Button Dutch Translation

Symptoms
Financial Gateway Security Options have incorrect Dutch translation. English text shows "OFF" as "AAN" which means "ON" in Dutch and "ON" in English translates to "UIT" which means "OFF" in Dutch.
Steps:
1. Log into PeopleSoft in English language
2. Open the Financial Gateway Security Options page
Financial Gateway > Security > Security Options
3. See the Security Option - On radio button is on the left side and Off is on the right
4. Logout and login using Netherlands Dutch(Nederlands)
5. Open the Financial gateway security option page
6. See that Uit is on the left which mean Off in Dutch and Aan is on the right which means On in Dutch.
