ABMGT: Absence Conversion Process TL_ABS_GENPT Fails With Unique Constraint Error (Doc ID 2953101.1)

When users run the Absence Calculation or Generate Absence Payable Time processes, Application Engine TL_ABS_GENPT fails with a unique constraint error:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Via Absence Management: Main Menu>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Absence and Payroll Processing>Calculate Absence and Payroll.
2. Via Time and Labor: Admin Accesses the Workforce Administrator Home Page and chooses Absence Management>Generate Absence Payable Time from the navigation collection.
3. In either section, select the relevant Calendar Group/Run Control information and click "Run" button.
4. GP_PAYBEFORE, GPPDPRUN and GP_PAYAFTER run successfully.
5. TL_ABS_GENPT fails with "No Success".
6. Access log file and find the unique constraint error listed above.

Although the Absence process is successful, since TL_ABS_GENPT failed, the Absence data is not sent to Time and Labor.  If the data does not exist in Time and Labor, it can't be loaded to Payroll.  Employees will not be properly paid and their Absence Balances will not be accurate.
