Administer Delegation Subpage Is Not Showing Its Details (Doc ID 2953576.1)

Symptoms

The Delegation Details page title, delegator and proxy details are not being displayed.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Access PeopleSoft HCM.
  2. Create a Transaction.
  3. Create a Delegation for this transaction.
  4. Go to: Enterprise Components > Delegation > Administer Delegation
  5. On Request Details tab, click on Request Status hyperlink (Accepted)
  6. Review the Delegation Details page.
