Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When manually running a compare against a project delivered in a change package created using a PUM image delivered on PeopleTools 8.60, all objects show as absent causing them to be marked for delete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After running the compare process, objects are expected to show up as changed and absent in the compare report.
