ESOCIAL: Identifier Invalid Error When Generating Event S-1200 For a CLT Employee(Category 101) That Has Another Empl_Rcd As a Terminated Director(Category 721).

Symptoms
Employee has 2 empl_rcds(1 and 0):
Category 721 - Director without employment (empl_rcd 1)
Category 101 - Regular employee (CLT) (empl_rcd 0)
The Empl_rcd 1(director) was terminated and returned as a CLT employee (Empl_rcd 0). It was calculated the termination for the empl_rcd 1 and the monthly payroll for the empl_rcd 0.
When generating the periodic events, the event S-2399 was generated correctly, but the event S-1200 has a tag ideDmDev with 3 that is related with the termination calendar already referenced in the event S-2399.
The correct should be generate the event S-1200 for the empl_rcd 0 with the monthly payroll and the event S-2399 for the director termination (empl_rcd 1).
Error returned from eSocial for S-1200 event:
Identifier invalid.
Suggested action: The identifier have to be unique in the same competency and pay indicative for each employee.
Step to reproduce the issue:
- Employee has 2 empl_rcds in Job Data: Director without employment (empl_rcd 1- active) and Category 101 - Regular employee (CLT) (empl_rcd 0- Long Term Absence).
- On Job Data, add a new Effective Date with Action=Termination for empl_rcd 1.
- On Job Data, add the same Effective Date from step 2 with Action= Return from Absence for empl_rcd 0.
- Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Termination Processing > Mass Termination Request BRA and calculate the termination for empl_rcd 1.
- Finalize the off-cycle for the termination.
- Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Reports > eSocial BRA > eSocial Non Periodic Event and generate the event S-2399.
- Calculate Payroll.
- Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Reports > eSocial BRA > eSocial Payroll Events and generate events S-1200 and S-1210.
