When attempting to use APT Sync the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce the issue:

Make sure result scale has two rows (Set Up SACR -> Product Related ->Student Records-> Grading -> Result Scale)
Navigate to the APT Sync Result/Type Scale (Records and Enrollment -> Program Enrollment -> APT Sync - APT Sync Results/Type Scale)
Click Refresh from Result From Result type Set up
Receive Error
Click Okay
