Error "GetComplntf failed" When Trying to Cancel Fluid Requisition Using a User That Doesn't Have Access to Cancel a Requisition (Doc ID 2954060.1)

Getting error message When user doesn't have access to cancel a requisition, then trying to cancel a requisition in fluid.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles> User Profiles and remove the Component PV_REQ_CANCEL from the user you logged in with, that will prevent the user from cancelling the requisitions.
  2. Navigate to eProcurement tile > My Requisitions tile and try to cancel a requisition.
  3. Getting error messages.
