Symptoms
Fluid Employee Self Service Direct Deposit (CAN) Account List has the Branch ID Field editable and should not.
When trying to update the field, the following error occurs:
SetCursorPos page PY_IC_DD_DATA_SCF not found in component.

Called from:PY_IC_DD_FL_VW.BRANCH_EC_CD.FieldChange Statement:1
The built-in function SetCursorPos has specified a page that is not defined in the current component, or that is not permitted to the current operator.
Review the PeopleCode and correct.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. On Employee Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > Direct Deposit:
The initial page should be entirely display only however the Branch ID field can be edited.
2. Trying to edit the Branch field and the error occurs.
