EPY: FED - Flat Amount From Earnings Table Does Not Appear In Other Pay Or Projected Pay In HR Processing (USF).

Goal
U.S. Federal Government
Value entered into the Flat Amount field never appears in Other Pay or Expected Pay fields in the HR Processing (USF) component.
The checkboxes in the Federal link located on the Taxes tab are checked for Adds to Other Pay and Adds to Projected Pay in the the earning set up.
In HR Processing (USF), Other Pay and Expected Pay do not show or add in the value entered in the Flat Amount of the earnings code.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Navigate to Set up HCM > Product Related > Payroll for North America > Compensation and Earnings > Earnings Table to set up the earning:
General Page:
- Flat Amount: $20.00
Taxes Page:
- Select the Federal link.
- On the Additional Earnings sub-page, select Adds to Other Pay and Adds to Projected Pay.
- Save.
2. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > HR Procesing USF.
3. Select the employee.
4. On Compensation Data page, select Other Pay Information link.
5. Add the earning code created in step 1. The will not bring the flat amount of $20.00 automatically.
