Symptoms

When log into as an Administrator User with Manager Role, access MSS, Team Performance tile, receive Peoplecode error message.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to environment as an User with Manager Role. 
2. Navigation to Manager Self Service (MSS)
3. Select Team Performance tile, receive Peoplecode error.
