HCM: From Fluid Manage Jobs, Create Job Action with new Effective Date to return Employee to Previous Position Once the Temp assignment is Done, Receive Error Message: Suspended Substantive Job (Empl Rcd X) has been Terminated. You have to Manually Delete (Doc ID 2954435.1)

Symptoms

From fluid Manage Jobs, create Job Action with new Effective Date to return the employee to previous position once the temp assignment is done, then, after enter the required changes for Salary and Compensation page from Validate page, click Validate, receive errors. 

 (Empl Rcd X represents the record number of the Suspended Job (Original Job)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Pre-requisites Context - Multiple employee records.
   Employee that currently on a Temp position using the field Duties Type.
2) Terminate from the suspended job.
  
3) However when submit Transaction for employee on the original job and condition, receive validation errors.
  a. Create a Job Action
  b. Action and reason: RFA/RFA
  c. remove the Duties type
  d. Go back to Job Information and do the required changes
  e. select the previous position and remove the info regarding the end job.
  f.  change other required required fields such as the salary, 
  g. Remove the premium and recalculate the salary, then, click Continue button.
  h. Click validate, receive the following errors: 
     Error - Suspended substantive Job (Empl Rcd X) has been terminated. You have to manually delete it first (1000,877)
     Error - Invalid value for field: Expected Job End Date
  j. Notice, cannot submit the transaction.
