HCM: Error Message Displayed when Accessing Performance Notes from Performance Document. (Doc ID 2954449.1)

Symptoms

When Manager access from Current Documents, an Annual Evaluation document, Performance Notes, receive a Peoplecode error message.

Also, When Employee access from My Current Documents, an Annual Evaluation document, Performance Notes, receive same Peoplecode error message.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Scenario 1:

1. Log in as a Manager
2. Navigate to MSS Homepage > Team Performance tile > Current Documents
3. Click on an “Annual Evaluation” document for employee
4. Scroll down and click on “Performance Notes”
5. Click on dropdown, select “Performance Notes”, and click Go, receive an error message. 

Scenario 2:

1. Log in as an Employee
2. Navigate to ESS Home page > Performance Tile > My Current Documents
3. Click on an "Annual Evaluation"
4. Scroll down and Click on Performance Notes
5. Click on dropdown, Select Performance Notes, and click Go, receive an error message.
