EPY: Can Not Open Self-Service Paycheck as PDF Via Portal After Turning off Screen Reader Mode in My Preferences (Doc ID 2954668.1)

Symptoms

When Screen Reader Mode was previously set to On in PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM under My Preferences, and now the Screen Reader Mode preference has been set to off, still cannot open a paycheck as a PDF.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Sign on to PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM

2.  Choose the hamburger menu (three vertical dots in the upper right of the page).

3.  Choose My Preferences

4.  On the General Tab, set Screen Reader Mode to Off

5.  Sign out and back in

6.  Navigate to Employee Self Service > Payroll > View Paychecks

7. Click on any of the paychecks available
 
3. The page appears with the details, instead of the PDF

This cannot be reproduced in DEMO.
