E-CM: Provisioning of New Environment Failed on Database Deployment With Error CS PI DPKs Are Not Available At Location '/psft_dpks/' (Doc ID 2954818.1)

On : 15 version, Managing Environments

While provisioning a new environment using PCM, it failed on deploying database instance.

Check provision task status from Environment Tile > Select environment > Action Button > Select Details > Select the Provision Task Status link

Notice the below error -

Deployment Tasks Errors
Database Instance - DBaaS (Task Id: xxxx) --- Error

Check for error details and notice below error -

Error Code : 15703
Error Message : CS PI DPKs are not available at location '/psft_dpks/dpk/linux/CS/<PI#>'


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to PCM PIA
2. Subscribe to CS application DPK
3. Try to deploy a new environment from environment tile
4. It fails while deploying database
