HCM: Position CI Exceptions are not being Recorded when Receive Error Message: CI Exception Errors Needs to be Reviewed (Doc ID 2955049.1)

Symptoms

Some Fluid Position transactions are not writing to the Classic tables and in some cases get CI Exception error messages when submit for approval.

However, when Administrator query the POSITION_CI_EXP there is never any data.

 

 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as an Workforce Administrator
2. Navigate to Workforce Administrator dashboard and click Position Management tile
3. search/select Position number and add a new effective dated row.
