ERS 9.2: Express Search Page does not Show Employees and Qualification Percentage When Searching for Resources

Symptoms
Express Search does not show employees and their Qualification percentage when searching for resources based on the competency they are setup for.
Steps:
1. Run the Cache Administration process
Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Resource Search > Setup RM Cache Administration
2. Ensure the employee profile has competency updated.
Resource Management > Maintain Resource Profiles > Maintain Resource Profile
3. Open the Express Search page and add the qualification/competency setup for the resource to search.
Resource Management > Express Search for Resources
4. Search resource to see that qualification percentage shown in 0%.
