Symptoms
When attempting to run Import Federal Data Files - the FA_INBOUND Application Engine process - it finishes in 'No Success', with the following error displayed in the output file:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > Import Federal Data Files > FA Inbound.
- Enter path and file name for DSRF file and run the process.
- In process monitor, observe the process to finish in 'no success'
- Click Details link for the process instance, then the link that says 'View Log/Trace', then the link to the .stdout file in the file list and note the error message.
Changes
The issue is seen after applying the COD updates for the 2023-2024 Aid Year first delivered in PRP 34669862 - 2023-2024 AID YEAR COD UPDATE: COMMON OBJECTS - and then in the CS 9.2 PUM Image beginning with Image 29.
