The PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) Image installation on Windows Server fails on Step: Deploying Oracle Database Server.

The following error can be found in the psft_dpk_setup.log file:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the deployment script for PUM Image - psft-dpk-setup.bat.

2. Provide all necessary input details at the prompts.

3. The process fails on Step: Deploying the Oracle Database Server.

A new PUM Image is being installed on the same machine running an older PUM Image.
