E-PIA: Saved Searches From Older PeopleTools Version Are Missing or No Longer Working After Performing a PeopleTools 8.60 Upgrade (Doc ID 2955552.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from PeopleTools (PT) 8.5X to PT 8.60.XX, it has been noticed that the Saved Searches from the older PT version are either missing or no longer work as expected.  

 



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform a PeopleTools 8.60 Upgrade to the environment.
2. Navigate to Search pages. For example: General Ledger >Journals > Create/Update Journal Entries.
3. Click on the pull-down menu for Saved Search field on the top left of the page (This is boxed in red on the picture above).
4. Notice that some Saved Search are either missing or they no longer work. 

Changes

PeopleTools has been upgraded to PT 8.60.
