Symptoms
Customer has a clustered PeopleSoft environment comprising of iHUB/Portal, HCM and Campus Solutions. They configured PTPORTALREGISTRY on all three environments successfully. Imported the Menu Search Category from both HCM and CS into iHUB/Portal without problems. However, the imported search categories do not show up in the Global Header. When clicking on [All] from Global Header, the following error appears:
