Symptoms

SetSearchEdit is making a field required.  Applied PeopleTools 8.6.03 and the following bug has appeared:  Invalid value - press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Home > Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Enrollment
2. Enter ID, Career and Institution
3. Select Search

Changes

 The customer upgraded from PT 8.57.19/CS 9.20 PUM 19 to PT 8.60.03/CS 9.2 PUM 28.
