Symptoms
Billing Workcenter - Ad hoc email is not configured for the page Combo Edit Errors, click Actions and then Email Notification to create an ad-hoc notification but get the error:
REPLICATION STEPS:
-----------------------------
1. Goto Fluid Tile Billing Workcenter.
2. Review combo edit error under an exception section.
3. Select one row and choose email notification from the action button. The error is generated.
