E-WF: Class Cast Exception Occurs When Opening PIA page Worklist Workflow Navigator (Doc ID 2957106.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to PT8.60, class cast exception occurs when navigating to Workflow Navigator.  PIA will kick the user out and display an error message in the browser (similar error is seen in webserver log as shown below:

1. Login in to PIA.
2. Navigate to Menu > Worklist > workflow Navigator
3. Page exception occurs.
