Symptoms

When the user attempts to run the Process FEE HELP Determination process, the following error occurred. Example" Term ####: From Date and To Date DD/MM/YYYY and DD/MM/YYYY





The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Main Menu > Student Financials > Tuition and Fees > Australian Loan Processing > Process FEE HELP Determination
  2. Enter Term , From & To Census Date
  3. Enter Academic Career & Program
  4. Run the SFPBFHLP Cobol Process
