ETL9.2: Empl_Rcd 0 Not Available In The Employee Record Look-Up Prompt But Page Can Be Saved. (Doc ID 2957739.1)

Symptoms

Employee Record zero not available in the Employee Record Look-Up prompt but Page can be saved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employee record 0 is terminated in JOB and inactivated in Time and Labor.
2. Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporter > Assign Schedule to Group – Notice that the EMPL RECORD has a default value of 0
3. Enter required fields
4. Click on the EMPL RECORD look up. The look up value has both employee records displayed.
5. Click save without changing the default value of 0 on the employee record. Transaction is getting saved.
