E-RD: Process Remains in "Posting" Status After Database Migration (Doc ID 2957917.1)

After migrating the Database from a Production environment to a Non-Production one, the processes get stuck in status "Posting". Also, clicking on the "Verify" in the Process Scheduler Report Node page crashes the pages and logs the user out.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Peoplesoft.
2. Navigate to Peopletools > Process Scheduler > Schedule Process Request.
3. Run a Process like AEMINITEST.
4. Observe process gets stuck in "Posting" status.


Database migration as well as Peopletools Upgrade.
