ETL92: "Data Integrity Error (124,85)" when Hitting "Return to Search" on Comp Plan Enrollment Page in PT 8.60 (Doc ID 2958208.1)

Symptoms

When hitting "Return to Search" on the "Comp Plan Enrollment" page, the following error pops up:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to : Main Menu > Time and Labor > Enroll Time reporters> Comp Plan Enrollment and search for an employee.
2. Open the row for employee and click on return to search.
3. Then click on the clear button and enter the employee details again and hit the search button.
4. Click on Return to search now.
5. The above error pops up.
