'==>MESSAGE NOT FOUND==>(14400,1852)' Displays Instead of 'Mass EFC Parallel Processing Setup' on Financial Aid Installation Page (Doc ID 2958566.1)

Symptoms

When viewing the FA Installation page, the label in the group box in the lower right displays:

The label should instead display "Mass EFC Parallel Processing Setup".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Set Up SACR > Install > Financial Aid Installation > Financial Aid Defaults.
  2. Observe the label display in the lower right.

Changes

The issue is seen after applying the fixes associated with the 2023-2024 AID YEAR UPDATES FOR ISIR, delivered originally in Patch 33234548 and then in the CS 9.2 PUM Image starting with Image 27.
