Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9.2.029 when changing a name from the Constituent Staging page an error is returned to the user.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigation: Campus Community > Constituent Transaction Mgmt > Constituent Staging
  2. Search a Temporary ID or Name and open
  3. Open the Constituent Details tab
  4. Change a name and Save, then error
