E-AE: The SQL Modification in Application Engine Program Does Not Take Effect Error SQL.Fetch: 16 items in parameter list, but SQL has 15. (2,293) (Doc ID 2958792.1)

Symptoms

The SQL modification in the Application Engine (AE) Program does not take effect. 

AE program running successfully when modifying  SQL  as user APPADMIN. But when running same AE as different user ,  who ran this AE before, the process reports an error :

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Add Trace Option for AE Program BPL_MOB_AE

2. Modify SQL in AE by user APPADMI

3. Add a new field BPL_EMPL_CLASS in SQL

4. Run the AE in APPADMIN . It is successful.

5. Now Run same AE as user G5050869, who ran this AE before, the process reports an error

6. Now again Run AE as different user Y8362634, who did not run this AE before , it is successful.
