Goal

When navigating to Financial Aid > Pell Payment > Manage Pell Payment > Pell Disbursement > COD Info, GEPL Detail link, all of the fields are blank and display only, including the GEPL Value column, where it may be necessary to enter override values.

Is there an additional setup page or steps needed to grant access to the GEPL Value fields to override them?
