E-ES: Suggestion Search: 'No Results To Display'

Symptoms
One applied tools patch 8.59.17 on 8.59.08 and installed Elastic Search 7.10.09 and configured the search and activated Real Time Indexing as per E-ES: What Is "Suggestion Search" Delivered With PeopleTools 8.59 and How To Configure It for Menu Search? (Doc ID 2770407.1)
Though Global search and Search Test Page were working, the suggestion search was not working and displaying:
'No results to display'
