Page SSR_ENRL_SUBMIT_FL Does Not Display All Rows When Logged in As Canadian French User (Doc ID 2959615.1)

When logged in as CFR (Canadian French) user, and doing an enrollment, on step 4 (submit), not all sessions are displayed and View more classes/session information is missing

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as CFR student
2. Click on Manage classes
3. Click on Search and Enroll
4. Search for class and enroll through step 4
5. Note not all sessions are displayed and view more class details is missing.
