Kibana Benefits Utilization Counts Do Not Match With the Actual Enrollment Data (Doc ID 2959651.1)

Symptoms

 When accessing the Benefits Utilization data and comparing the data to actual Benefit Enrollments, the counts do not match.

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Log in as Benefits Administrator.
  2. Navigate to Workforce Administrator > Manage Benefits > Benefits Utilization tile 
  3. Review the enrollment counts for each Benefit Plan Type and compare to Queries of actual Benefit Enrollment data to confirm the counts do not match.
