TL: Payable Time Tab Does not Display All Information on Mobile Device

Symptoms
When Manager or Employee opens Payable Time using a mobile device, some information and functionality is missing.
Steps to reproduce using mobile device:
- Manager Self Service>Team Time tile>Payable Time tile.
- Employee Self Service>Time tile>Time Summary Tile>Payable Time tab.
- Issues:
- There is no scroll bar to view the entire page.
- The Summary tab does not display all available Time Reporting Codes.
- Some hours are displayed missing decimal detail or not displayed at all.
Neither user has accurate details of the employee's payable time.
Changes
Issue occurs after applying PUM 45.
