Symptoms

When attempting to create a PS demo environment via OCI marketplace image, e.g. CS PUM Image 29 DEMO, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OCI console.
2. From marketplace, try to provision from a PeopleSoft DEMO image.
3. Define the "Database Administrator password" containing special character "@".
