Guided Self Service Full-Part Status Change Transaction Does Not Open Full/Part Time Field for Entry After Changing to Use Action of Position Data (Doc ID 2960582.1)

Symptoms

After changing the Guided Self service Transaction HR_FULL_PART_STATUS, to use the action of Position Data, the Full-Part Time indicator will not open for entry.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Adjust the configuration for Transaction ID FULL_PART_STATUS to use action of Position Data instead of Status Update.  Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Guided Self Service > Transaction Configuration > Configuration.
2. As a Manager, navigate to My team and select Job and Personal Information  > Change Full/Part Time or Hours to see that Full/Part Time is not editable.
