Goal

After setting the 'Approval Prior to Posting' for the Financial Aid ORIGIN_ID, the Batch Financial Aid Disbursement is not setting the Group Post, Posting Action to 'Available for Posting' instead of 'Waiting for Approval'. Why is this happening and what are the steps to approve a group post initiated from the batch Financial Aid Disbursement process?
