EPY: A Message ‘No Active Job Record for an Earnings Begin Date’ Appears Within the Precalculation Audit Report (PAY035) (Doc ID 2960621.1)

Symptoms

Employee is terminated during a prior period for a monthly employee. 
Then an off-cycle is created in the next pay period to update a couple of earnings missed for the employee during the prior period.

Once run, the employee appears with the following message in the created Precalculation Audit Report: 'No active Job record for an Earnings Begin Date'


Steps to Reproduce
1. Terminate employee as of 03/16/2023
2. Create Payline for employee for next pay period (04/01/2023 to 04/30/2023)
        - Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing CAN > Update Paysheets > By Paysheet
        - Enter a new Paysheet number for the latest Pay Period and make it an Off-cycle paysheet
        - Set all the Earnings Begin Date 03/01/2023 and Earnings End Date 03/31/2023.
4. Run Time and Labor load for Off-cycle Pay
        - Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Load Time and Labor
5. Run the Precalculation audit Report
        - Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Precalculation Audit Report
6. In the Precalculation audit report that is created, the terminated employee appears with the message, 'No active Job record for an Earnings Begin Date'.
