Symptoms

A Document has been sent for Signature. A user brings up the document in Document Management Page and clicks on the Replace Signer button, to change the signer, but is getting an error. The error occurs for both Internal and External Signers.

Error:

DoModal: Record 'CS_DOC_COL_USER' not found in scroll level 0. (2,154) CS_DOC_SIGN_WRK.CS_REPLACE_PB.FieldChange PCPC:959 Statement: 21

The specified record was not found in the indicated scroll level. This may occur with various PeopleCode built-in functions that specify a "scroll context" via a series of records.

Review the Peoplecode that is generating the message and the page definition and correct as appropriate.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contract Entry- (Supplier Contracts-->Create Contracts and Documents-->Contract Entry)
2. Click on Add button to add a new contract.
3. Enter required values.
4. Save the contract.
5. Click on Add a Document Button (within the contract).
6. Select Document Type then click Import Document button.
7. Click on Upload button.
8. Click on Choose File and select a file.
9. Click Upload.
10. Click Done with Import.
11. Click Yes to the warning.
12. Click on Bypass Approvals button.
13. Click on Prepare and Route for e-Signature button.
14. Enter Email address, User, Subject, Message and select the External Signer flag.
15. Click on Send button.
16. Document is sent for signature.
17. Click on Return to Document Search.
18. Document shows it has been sent for signature.
19. Select the document.
20. Click on the External Contacts/Signers link.
21. Click on the drop down for e-Signature Information.
22. Click on Replace Signer button.
23. Get an error.
