User ID in Supplier Contacts Page Not Getting Populated After Registration (Doc ID 2961027.1)

Symptoms

User ID in Supplier Contacts page is not getting populated after registration.

When a supplier registers the User ID on the Supplier Contacts page, the User ID is not getting populated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Note: In the Replication Steps, User Details / Company Names / Addresses / Emails / Telephone Numbers / Etc. are fictitious (based upon made-up data used in the Oracle DEMO Environments), any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

1. Login as VP1. Register Supplier. Enter with the information
     Go to Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Register Suppliers
2. Add contact information, add all information required and submit
3. Go to Review or Edit Registration. Review and Submit
     Go to Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Review or Edit Registration
4. Login as VP2 and go to Approve Registration. Approve and ok to message
      Go to Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Approve Registration
5. Login as VP1 and go to User Profile. User created.
      Peopletools > Security > User Profiles > User Profiles
6. Go to Define Supplier User. Supplier User created
      Go to Suppliers > Supplier Information > Add/Update > Define Supplier User
7. Supplier Contacts User ID not getting populated. When prompt User Id we can find user created in the list.
      Go to Suppliers > Supplier Information > Add/Update > Add/Update Supplier
