E-PIA: Uploaded Images Do Not Display Correctly When Done Through Portal/Interaction Hub Using New CKEditor 5 (Doc ID 2961132.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to PT 8.60.04, uploading image through Portal (Interaction Hub) only shows an icon and the actual image does not show up.

On the other hand, when uploading image in the Content Provider (HRMS, FSCM, CS), the image is displayed correctly.

The issue occurs even after applying the required patches as listed via PeopleSoft Applications Updates and Fixes for Rich Text Editor Based on CKEditor v5 (Doc ID 2930857.1)  


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Log into the Portal environment.
2.) Navigate to HRMS Remote Folder > Manager Self Service > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Current Performance Documents.
3.) Select an evaluation with user comments activated and then expand the comments box.
4.) Upload an image.
5.) After clicking OK from Image Upload pop-up, notice that the image is not showing correctly. Only an icon is displayed. 

Changes

Upgrade PeopleTools to PT 8.60.04 or higher that is delivered with the new CKEditor 5.
