Symptoms

Direct Deposit account number is not masking for account number is not changed.
It occurs when the user id has the role to unmask the bank account number.

Steps to Replicate
1) User has Bank Account Admin and Source Bank Account Admin roles.
2) For any modifications to direct deposit entries is not masking account number if there is no change in the account number.
3) For any modifications to direct deposit entries is masking account number if there is a change in the account number.
