SEVIS Release 6.65 - Student Remarks Tag Missing in the CPT Employment XML Section. (Doc ID 2961456.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to run the extract process (CCSEVEMF) to create xml file, the StudentRemarks tag not added to the CPTEmployment section.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Main Menu > Campus Community > SEVIS > Employment Authorizations
  2. Update XML tag for event CPTEmployment
  3. Run the SEVIS alerts process by Navigating Campus Community > SEVIS > F/M Alerts > Process SEVIS Alerts – F/M
  4. Select the CPT alert to send to SEVIS by Navigating Campus Community > SEVIS > F/M Alerts > Select Alerts to Report – F/M
  5. Run the extract process to create xml file
