E-PRCS: "No Actions Available" Error/message Appear For Actions Associated to Each Process Instance in Process Monitor. (Doc ID 2961809.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access the Actions associated to each process instance, below error/message is seen in process monitor page.

"No action available"

Note: Actions button started appearing in process monitor from PeopleTools 8.59 release as part of the enhancement changes.

This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > System Process Request.

2. Add a new Run Control

3. Run a Sample Process

4. Try Clicking on Actions link

5. The Error/Message occurs.
