"Application Error" Occurs With Fluid Make A Payment With Touchnet ePayment Provider Using A Chrome Browser On An iPhone or iPad (Doc ID 2961907.1)

Symptoms

While using Campus Solutions self service Fluid Make a Payment, with Touchnet as the ePayment provider, using an iPhone or iPad, and Chrome browser, and error occurs on Step 4 of the activity guide.  Step 4 is the Payment Client/Third Party page.   The Make A Payment process completes successfully using Safari browser on an iPhone or iPad.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Using an iPhone or iPad with the Chrome browser, sign into a student's self service account;
  2. Proceed to Make A Payment;
  3. On Step 4 of the Make a Payment, the error is displayed on the browser.
