Symptoms
When attempting to view the recipient list in Questionnaire Framework,
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Recipient list
Enterprise Components > Questionnaire Framework > Questionnaire Event > Questionnaire Event Setup > Recipient List
2. Make sure Recipient list source is Query.
3. Preview Recipient list
